Band 5+: Write a letter of complaints to the Manager of the agency from which you rented the apartment. In your letter 1) give details of the things that were unsactisfactory 2) Explain the reaction of the members of your family 3) Ask the Manager what he/she is going to do about the situation

Dear Manager,

I hope you are doing well, I am writing this letter to raise complaints about the holiday apartment that we have rented with your agency for or vacation.

The property was advertised to have three bedrooms with ensuite washrooms which we had booked, but when we visited the reception, they mentioned that all the three-bedroom units are completely booked and they can provide us only with a smaller two bed unit, causing us a huge discomfort as I am travelling with my parents and kids. Additionally, the washrooms were not neat, and the heating system is not working efficiently, affecting the health of my kids.

My parents were deeply shocked with the service and the accommodation as they are a regular customer of your agency and had recommended me to utilize your services. Even the kids could not enjoy the amenities as the recreation center was also closed.

We are in the city for couple of more days as per my planned trip, can you kindly let us know how you can help us in resolving these issues, we are crammed for space and need a more luxurious apartment that we have paid for. Expecting you to consider our situation and move us to a better place so that we can enjoy our stay with the family.

Thanking you in anticipation

Best Regards
