Dear sir,
I am writing to request your assistance in finding my tote bag, which I lost on one of your buses.
My name is Bhavika. I travelled on Monday, June21st , at 6:30 PM. I boarded bus number 13B from Thaltej station and got off at the Himalaya mall stop arond 7 PM. I was seated behind the conductor’s seat, by the window. I was exhausted because of the hectic day. Unfortunately, in my hurry to go home early, I forgot my bag on the overhead shelf. My bag was black and made by the Skybags company. It contained a valuable documents, my ID card, and some cash. All these items are of vital importance to me and I need them urgently, as without my ID card, my college will neither allow me to attend lectures nor use the library.
Furthermore, I would appreciate it if you would guide me on the procedure to find the bag. Additionally, I hope you understand my concerns. Last but not least, I request that you not only inspect this matter personally but also try to rectify it as soon as possible.
