Subject: Complaint Regarding Disruptive Experience at Your Theatre
Dear Cinema Manager,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your theatre two days ago with my family to watch the movie Sikander. Unfortunately, due to the disruptive behavior of a few individuals, we were unable to fully enjoy the experience.
I was particularly excited about this outing, as I don’t often get the opportunity to spend quality time with my family due to my hectic schedule. However, once the movie started, a group of young adults began laughing loudly and making inappropriate jokes, causing a major distraction. Despite my attempts to focus on the movie, their behavior made it difficult to enjoy the film.
I approached the cinema staff to report the issue, but unfortunately, the supervisor did not take my complaint seriously, which added to my frustration.
To prevent such incidents in the future, I strongly suggest implementing stricter policies regarding disruptive behavior in the theatre. For example, enforcing fines or removing individuals who fail to respect the cinema’s rules could help maintain a pleasant environment for all patrons.
