Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your attention the issues I have encountered with the construction work going on the 12th Linking Road, Juhu, Mumbai. Please allow me to elaborate on my situation.

I am a 3rd-floor resident from the Carter building, next to the Seneca Towers where your construction is going on. As I reside on third floor which is close to the ground I am disrupted by the noise of the machines and tools your worker make during the construction at night time. I am facing difficulties in sleep and then waking up early in the morning due to the heavy noises.

Moreover, there is so much dust on my balcony due to the work and I have to keep my windows and curtains closed all the time.

However, to avoid this situation happening again I would like to suggest that you could reduce the time of your construction at night and instead work during the daytime where most of the people are at the office.

I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of the issue.
