Dear Sir,

I’m writing this letter to provide a positive feedback on the pictures captured by you on my birthday last week. I want to rehire you and your team for an upcoming wedding ceremony in my family next month.

The work you have done on my birthday was exceptional. Every photo was perfect and my family really loved the way you engaged everyone in posing for the photographs. Not only you delivered the birthday album on time, but also each picture is different and reminds me of all the cherished moments.

Based on that, I formally request you to capture a wedding next month. My cousin is getting married and I really want your team to take this project. There are some specific regarding the event. The bride is interested in a drone shot of the venue. If that would revise the budget, you can fix the day parties to discuss it.
