Dear sir,

My name is Smit Parmar, I am writing this letter to appreciate your photography skills that you demonstrated on our family portrait. I showed it my family and we would love to book you for my parents’ 25th anniversary.

The best thing about your photographs is that you focus on each member of the family equally. We found not only solo but group picture of each member as well. Moreover, you provided a digital copy for social media as well as a physical copy to show others. Additionally, several candid moments captured by you in these photographs would be embraced in our memories forever.

Hence, we decided to reserve you for my parents’ silver jubilee anniversary event that will take place on the next Sunday. We have also booked large hotel outside city to accommodate all the guest and to arrange a party.

Furthermore, please let us know if we need to prepare anything special for the occasion as part of decoration for good pictures. In addition, I would love to know about the charges as well. Please note that, this event will take place outside the city so we will take care of your accommodation as well.
