Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your notice that the road in front of my home is damaged.

My name is Sarah Martin. I live in Barrie and my address is 58, Bernick Drive, L4M2V5. There are many town houses in the vicinity and in between my home and my neighboors house there is a big pot hole.

Firstly, I would like to highlight about a pot hole that has been there from last couple months. Last week a car lost control over the pothole and banged the car coming from the other side of the road which ended up in an accident. However, nobody was injured but if this could have been worst.

Furthermore, I would request you to please take quick action on filing the pothole which will control the accidents in the vicinity. According to me, you could do this work on the weekends since there is not much movement happening.
