Dear sir/mam,

I am writing this letter to inform you regarding the road which is passed along my house.

Firstly,I would like to tell you about me.My name is Amandeep kaur and I am living in the countryside of the village,house no 35 at Makhu city district Tran taran in Punjab.

In addition,I am interested to attain your attention regarding road conditions of this area ,such as damaged .We are facing my problems while going to works and dropping children to school .Moreover,it is also effecting on time as I am everytime late from work due to pathway crossing.

Lastly,I would be grateful if you could take necessary steps to tackle this problem as your earliest convenience . I would suggest to you rebuild this path with bricks and stones .I am looking forward to your response.
