Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to bring your attention towards the damaged road infront of my house.

My name is Alex and I am living in the North-West of Delhi at nizeria street.My flat number is D740091. It is linked to the city centre, which is the most busiest area of our locality. Although it is a polish area, enlarge holes on the road makes our commuting challenging on daily basis. Specially, In rainy weather it is bit difficult to cross the road as the holes filled with dirty water that leads to various health hazards.

I would be grateful to you if you will manage some time to visit the site once. Moreover, this situation can be handled in a effective way by appointing few workers as per your convenience who can finish their work in 1-2 days.
