Band 5+: write a letter to restaurant manager whose restaurant is next to your house. Inform him about the repair work of house that you're going to untertake....tell him what the possible problems could be...also suggest possible solutions to him/ her

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform you about some

maintaince work going to be done in my house adjacent to your restaurant.

The renovation is neccessary for my house as it has problem of roof water leaking into walls and rooms which in turn is affecting its lifespan and gives my family members hard time during the moonsoon weather. During the reapir work, there could be some inconvenience to your restaurant such as dirt and nosie coming from different type of machinery.

To minimize the effect to your bussiness I have requested workers to schedule the nosiy task during the non-operational hours of the restaurant. Secondly to control the dust, some dust controler clothes would be settled around the house to reduce the effect of dust. Lastly, we can arrange a time to discuss about the alternate path for customers during the construction process.
