Hello Manager,

I am writing to you in regard to the contamination of the swimming pool in your premises. Swimmers using the pool had used sunscreen lotion and used the swimming pool. This action by the swimmers contaminated the pool causing eye irritation and itching on the body for people in the pool.

The swimming staff who all became aware of this problem, did not try to stop the situation. They did not respond to the complaints made by the people who faced trouble. This caused some chaos among the people but if your staff had responded to the complaints, the chaos could have been avoided.

Seeing this situation today and as there was no solution provided, I would like to suggest that you place a notice near the swimming area informing all swimmers not to use sunscreen lotion. This would prevent the pool getting contaminated in the future.
