Band 5+: Write a letter to the Mayor, the head of a municipal government, complaining about a situation in which some adolescents let their dogs run wildly causing a dangerous situation.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter regarding a terrible situation happening recently. Ihave been living in the neighbourhood past 6 years very calmly due to its massive security,but unfortunately it is not the same safe envrionment anymore.

Now a days some teenager group causing some serious issues . They are taking their dogs on walk which is good but they are letting them run along without chains like openly,due to that people walking along is getting affected . Toddlers , senoir citizen is walking also and sometimes when sitting on bench , at that point the dogs are coming running wildly which is dangerous .They could scartch people which can be fatal. Sometimes they are jumping over kid’s stroller and somtimes chasing .

As a civilized citizen its sad to see people getting affected .Some rules should be set for dog owners so this drastic problems could be solved ane thus will be apreciated.
