I am Abdulla Raja residence of Zam Zam apartment beside your university of Baroda.

I am writing this letter in regard to lease my property beside your Academy. In my opinion this property is very much attractive to students because of it has combination amenities which is useful for pupil in their study. Property has big 2 bed rooms kitchen and separate reading area which can be used by pupil for their studies beside this front area of property is wide enough to walk in case students want some walking after hectic day.

lastly I request you to give reference of mine in case any students want any property on lease.
