Dear Administrator,

I am writing this letter to express my concerns regarding the unfavourable facilities in the institution.

Undoubtedly, the instructors are not only helpful and provide guidance but also the level of study is considerably higher than any other educational entity. However, there are a few problems that I face here, the first and foremost is mineral water, since I suffered from Jaundice recently, so it is indispensable for me to drink only clean water. Apart from this, the sanitation facilities in the washroom are not good. The washroom floor is always damp and wet giving to rise to bacterial substances which may cause infection and disease.

I kindly recommend the authorities to introduce water purifiers and request the cleaning staff to use bathroom sanitizers such as Lysol and Harpic for toilet bowls and bathroom respectively to enhance the tidiness.
