Dear Jenny,

I hope you are doing well. I was so excited to receive your letter last week, and you called to meet on the 15th of next month, so I am writing this letter to explain my disability situation on that day because I am committed to attending my mother’s heart surgery. Let me tell you more details.

I am totally distressed due to this situation, and I apologize to you because you expected me to meet since last year, but I have not responded. It is my fault, but now my mother has serious blockages in her heart, so the doctor advised this surgery in July. Anyway, I have to care for her condition, so I think it is not a better time to meet.

After this issue, I definitely promise to meet, and I am more than delighted to see you on July 25th at People’s Park. Let me know about your free time on this day and also send me a reply.
