I hope this letter finds you in good health and high sprit I am writting this letter to inform you that we need to resechdule our plan for next weekend.

I apologize to say that we have to rearrange our meeting. I know that you were really excited and already made all the plans for the day. I am aware that we were catching up together after one year.Trust me I was equally excited and planned so much stuff for us but I got the dates for my praticals yesterday and it lies on the same days we were meeting.

We can meet on weekend followed by praticals. Everything would be the same. Same place same time it just I am shifting dates. I will definitely plan something for making this up to you. Once again, I do apologize. Thankyou for understanding. Give my best to everyone in the family.
