Hello. I hope everything is going good in your life. unfortunately, I am writing this apology letter to inform you that I won’t be able to meet you on 14th August as we had decided.

As you know I have been recently promoted as a social media manager. Due to it, I have been working over time lately and lot of work has been on pending. Unfortunately, I got sick and was admitted in the hospital for few days.

I know it has been a while since we met and we had planned lot of things to do when we meet but for now can we postpone the plan to some other day?

I hope you understand the situation and waiting for your reply.
