Hello! I heard you will be going to festival and do some volunteering work and what type of festival is that? If you’re joining there when is the expected date you will start? In addition to that what organization you will join and also where is the exact place?

Secondly, as a volunteer what will be your position there and what kind of work and where you will be assigned?if you will get all the details that wanted to know from you just give me some call or reply this letter.

Lastly, can you a favor for me? You can ask the organizers if they are seeking for mass volunteering applicants and what are the qualifications to be selected.
