Dear xyz,

I hope you are doing well, and congratulations on your new car. You had been planning to buy a car from a long time, and you finally bought it; I am so happy for you.

By the way, I have got a new job, and it’s the same one I told you about when we last met. Therefore, I am hosting a party and inviting all of my close friends. Additionally, I am planning to organise it on the 5th of May which is Sunday, so it will be convenient for everyone. Moreover, I have decided an Indian theme for my party, so guests need to wear traditional Indian attire. In addition, we will also serve Indian food to our guests.

I know you live far away from me, but travelling here is quite straightforward. You just need to take the direct flight from your place and I will come to pick you up from the airport. Also, do not worry about accommodation, as I have one extra room in which you can stay.
