Dear Abhi,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. I am writing this letter to invite you to my country to celebrate an Indian Festival, popularly known as Diwali- the festival of lights, which is on October 2nd,2024.

Diwali holds a deep cultural and spiritual significance in Hindu mythology and it is celebrated with great pomp and shows throughout the country. People start making arrangements for the festival beforehand. The houses are thoroughly cleaned and decorated with bright lights and earthen lamps. In our country, people exchange gifts with their family and friends. In our family, there is a tradition, we all wear traditional dresses, especially in red colour.

I will make all the living arrangements for you during your stay at my house. I will also arrange an ethnic outfit for you for this special day. My whole family and friends are excited to meet you.
