Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to submit my nomination for Mr. ABC for best employee of the year award.

My name is Smit Parmar, and I work with the product development team that you supervised. Moreover, I know that, there is always a tough competition for to get achieve this precious award. However, according to me, my senior Mr. ABC deserves it more than anyone else for his immeasurable contribution to the company as well as to the team.

When anybody joins the team, he gave chance to settled in the new environment. As a result, the culture was improved over the time. As a lead product developer, not only he made sure that our work is on track but also provides honest feedback to improve our skills. Moreover, he always pushes us to gain new skills as well as wants us to thrive in our respective field. As a result, he is a key player in a product’s development.

Furthermore, he always says things honestly and believes in teamwork. In Addition to, he always tries to delivers his commitment within deadline and tries to provide customer support afterwards. These all are sign of a perfect employee. As a result, me and my team feel that he deserves the award.
