Dear Sir

I am writing to inquire about exchange of my work schedule which is currently from one p.m. to five p.m.

My name is Soyoen and i have been working for your company for two years. And i am pleased about this. At the present i work from Monday to Saturday from one p.m. to five p.m. I always go to work on right time and perform all tasks well.

As for the reason i would like to change my schedule, i recently started IT course in order to develop my skills.

Unfortunately, this course’s timetable coincides with my work hours. In addition, there are no other course’s at a convenient tims for me. Therefore i would appreciate if you could exchange my worm timing to another.

I hope you will understand my situation and can help me. I would really appreciate it if you could change mg timing from eight a.m. to twelve p.m. Furthmore, in future, i would use my knowledge amd skills for the develop of your comlany.
