The given line graph illustrates information about UK acid rain emissions, measured in millions of tonnes, in four separated sectors for 17 years, from 1990 to 2007.
In general, it is noticeable that the most effected sector is electricity, gas and water supply by the period from 1991 to 1997, while there were also some affects for the other sections, moreover, we notice a big decrease in the period 1991 to 1997 in all the sectors.
In 1999, we can see a fluctuated effects in all sectors, while the most effected sector was the other industries at almost 1.7 million tonnes in 1997, also, near from 2003 we notice a same affects to both sectors transport and communication and electricity, gas and water supply at approximately 0.9 million tonnes.
In 2007, it is clear that the effects of acid rain have reduced in all the sections, furthermore, the domestic sector has signed the lowest number of acid rain effects at 0.2 million tonnes, also both sectors transport and communication, and electricity, gas and water supply have affected by acid rain at 0.7 and 0.5 million tonnes respectively.
