Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this in connection with the Hair shampoo recently purchased from your website. I bought it on 20th Feb and my package arrived on 28th Feb. When I opened the package and used the hair shampoo, it provided an unexpected outcome.

At first, I thought that I ordered the wrong item and misread the description, which was mentioned while ordering the product, but upon reviewing an advertisement repetitively, then I realized that some information was mentioned on the product label; but, apparently was not present in the product’s description. This caused in ordering wrong product, then turned into the wrong outcomes. I would like to recommend that please provide complete information which is also described in the product’s label as well as this was a cosmetic product, which could pose risk related to skin and health.

I would request to change the description on priority which could save the people’s health who will place an order by judging the product with an incomplete description.
