Overall the recycling process of Plastic have different kinds of phasese to make a loop featuring nine stages. It starts with assortment of the non useble plastic and manufacturing of finished products, while it eventually return to the start of the cycle loop. A good portion of the process involves the physical transfermation of the material, including separation, compression and thermal processing.
To begin, The cycling loop start with the accumulation of the waste which is collected from different source which will transfer to waste collection point. From there, the refuse is to moved to material recycling facility there it will be separated in to prepare for baling.
Following the baling stage, the plastic is subjected to crushing and washing to remove any remaing contaminats. once these item is cleand, It will pass through a melting and pelletistaion phase followed by processed into new goods and products.
