I ordered some Makeup from your online site 2 weeks ago. It arrived yesterday. I was enthusiastic at first but, when I opened it, I found out that the shades were not what I ordered. I was very disappointed at the end.
Regarding the information of the order, I purchased it online from your application called shein on July 30th with my Credit card. The order number is A66450. I also have a copy of the receipt.
The matter that the shades were totally disparate, and one of the palettes was broken because of the shipping. It was different from the photos on the application, the photos showed it was large but, when I saw it, it was small that one person can not use it.
As a solution, I hope that you agree for a refund.
