The bar chart below depicts the proportion of employees of different gender in 2012. To be more precisely, it illustrates weekly hours worked by men and women in Australia.
Overall, the bar graph based on the six separation regarding weekly work hours. From the outline, it can be seen that the majority of percentage take men gender rather than women.
On the whole, it is clear that all the quantities were approximately stable and unchangeable. All the proportions where roughly equal from 1 hour to 19, gradually increased. For instance, in the first bar, the male takes 6%, while female just under. The second bar composed from 11 to 14 hours, and reflects the same growth of indicator as the first one. In third data, the distinction remained constant.
In contrary, the portion of employees, particularly of the male dramatically increased by 20 hours. It included 25% of male and 15% of female. However, its number begun steadily decrease. Besides, from 30 hours men’s proportion were 25%. On the contrary, women’s work hour were lower in comparison with men’s. From the third figure, it can be observed the same changes as well.
