The given pie charts illustrate the proportion of cars sold in the USA and the UK in terms of car types, in 2005 and prevision for 2055.

The general overview here is that in both countries, the proportion of sales on sport cars is always exceeded by the sales of sedan cars. Apparently, in the USA, the highest amount was occupied by SUV with 50% in 2005, followed by sedan cars and sport cars, with the figure being 46% and 4% respectively. However, in planning, there will be a significant movement in 2055. The rate of sedan and sport cars will rise to 58 % and 5%, with the former being represented as the largest occupation. The opposite will be true with the rest.

On the contrary, the sales of sedan cars in the UK was responsible for 61% in 2005, come after by the sales of sport cars and SUV. Interestingly, the projections for 2055 present the same pattern, but the ratio of sport cars will increase from 25% to 43%. In contrast, the figure of both types, SUV and sedan, will decline to 11% and 46%.

To conclude, both countries are anticipated that the sales of SUV will follow a downward trend.
