Dear Sir and Madam,

I hope this email finds you well.

The reason why I am writing to you is that I have recently moved to this location and I am looking for a sport club for my regular trainings. Let me introduce my self: my name is Maxim Popov and I have been playing volleyball for last 15 years.

I am interesting to join your private sport club because I found the information that advanced volleyball teams play there. I would love to join these training and, probably, become a member of one of these volleyball teams. As I mentioned above, I am a skilled and well-experienced volleyball player. Also, I found your gym absolutely awesome.

If it is possible to join your club, could you provide the additional information about membership fees, extra expenses and the facilities, which I will be able to use.

I will appreciate your quick response.
