Dear Sir or Madam,

I shifted to this location just a few days ago. While exploring surrounding areas, I found out about a private sports club. I am writing this letter to request that I would like to get its membership.

Nowadays, I do work from home and live a sedentary lifestyle. So I want to make my body in active works, and sports is the best option for that. Moreover, I am fond of playing cricket and badminton. This, I am enthusiastic to become part of the club.

Apart from this, I would like to know more about club policies, such as membership plan, working hours, and extra expenses for sport kits. If you provide me all these informations, I will be grateful to you. Last but not the least, I would prefer to have a personal coach for badminton, so could you share any professional’s contact numbers to me. That would be greatly appreciated.
