The diagrams illustrated the Marlton Gallery before and after it was developed.

Overall, the area has experienced sagnificant changes, the third floor was built in place of the roof garden, and the second floor was extended, and have various facilities and access to the second floor.

Before development the Marlton gallery have on 2 floor and a roof garden on the top, on the first floor have gift shop, front desk, lift and special exhibition. On the second floor have a media room, lift and coffee shop, and have no entrance to the roof garden.

After development the gallery construct the third floor in place of the roof garden and have more amenities. On the first floor, adding coat room and front desk on and have stairs to walking to second floor and special exhibition was move to the second floor. On the second floor, special exhibition was moved and extend the size and still have a coffee shop. On the third floor, the gallery added a education centre and media room.
