In San Diego, usage water in residential started at 60%. the percentage of usage water in industry was 23%, making it just more than agriculture at 17%.
For California, residential accounted for 39% of total water, compared to industry that demanded 33% water. agriculture was ranked the third place, making up 28%.
Turning to worldwide, the proportion of used water in agriculture recorded at 69%. The figure for water used in industry shared at 23%, while residential’s consumption placed the last of list with 8%.
