The given diagram illustrates the features of an automatic photo booth and how it operates.
Overall, the process comprises various steps, with three main stages: paying, photographing and delivering photos.
In order to begin the process, coins need to be inserted into a slot outside the booth. After payment, users are able to choose the size and colour of their photos: one large format or four passport-sized photos being in color or monochrome. However, it is recommended for passport photos to be in color. In the next step, users need to open the curtain to get into the booth.
Inside the photo booth, there is a mirror on the wall for users to check their appearance. For preparation, they have to sit on a stool and adjust it to fit the eye-sight level required, which is marked by four arrows around. After closing the curtain and waiting for a light single flash in 3 seconds, photos are taken. Then the resulting images are delivered in a tray outside a minute later.
