Overall, it is clear that most of the library users are full-time undergraduates and full-time postgraduates, and they were very satisfied with all services.
Regarding the pie chart, full-time undergraduate library users was 44%, while full-time postgraduate users was 25%. Although part-time postgraduate students participation was 16%, whereas academic staff accounted for 7%, and distance learners from all courses users contribution was 8% only.
On the other hand, 95% of users very satisfied from helpfulness of staff, while 5% of users are fairly satisfied, and not satisfiction portion was 0%. While library opening hours very satisfied 65%, fairly satisfied 35% as well not satisfication was 0%. Book and journal availability, not satisfied 50% and 45%, respectively, whereas 40% and 35%, respectively, of users fairly satisfied, and 10% and 20% of library users not satisfied. Reliability of wi-fi, not satisfied users was 48%, while 33% of users fairly satisfied and 19% of users were not satisfied.
