The 3 pie charts depicts information about the average ratios of sodium, saturated fats and added sugars in typical meals consumed in the USA, categorized into dinner, lunch breakfast and snack. These three types of nutrients may be unhealthy if eaten excessive.
Overall, the percentages of dinner and was responsible responsible for the highest for & nutrients whereas in sodium and saturated fat whereas snack was highest in added sugar. However, breakfast was seen almost same for a segment.
In Sodium and saturated fat dinner was higher (48% and 37% respectively) compared to added sugar which is 23%. Similarly, lunch was contributed 29% for sodium, which was the 2nd highest for but it while other two types of nutrients was comparatively lower such as 26% for saturated fat and 23% for the added sugar.
On the other hand, those pie charts also displays snack and breakfast percentages. Snack was only 14% for in sodium and 16% 2%. was more in the saturated fat (16.1%). But it was the biggest portion in added sugar which was 42%.. Although lunch and dinner had experienced a different die percentages, breakfast was almost similar for 3 categ segment. It was 4% in Sodium and had a 2.1. of slight high for both saturated fat and added sugar (16.1%).
