Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing this letter to you regarding the work-related seminar country. I am interested in participating in the seminar that it is going to take place. I came to know that you are incharge of this seminar so I want to ask few questions regarding this seminar. As I am interested in this seminar I wanted to know about the detailied information about when and where this seminar is going to take place.

I also want to about the accomodation. As this seminar will be another country what arrangements will be made for the stay in that country and long long we will be staying there. Furthermore, I want to know the cost that is for attending this seminar and will all the living expenses and any other expenses will be covered inn this cost or I need to pay for these additionally.
