Band 5+: WRITING TASK 1 You should spend about 20 minutes on this task. A friend of yours is thinking of going on a camping holiday for the first time this summer. He/She has asked for your advice. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter explain why you think your friend would enjoy a camping holiday describe some possible disadvantages say whether you would like to go camping with your friend this summer Write at least 150 words. You do NOT need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Maria,

I am so happy to hear the exiting news that you are planning to go on a camping this summer. What an adventures girl you are!

As we had stressful time for last few weeks with our year ending exams, this holiday will be the relief. Camping allows us to connect with the nature. You will wake up for birds chirping sound, and you can go to the sleep while counting starts in the night. Greenery environment will sooth your eyes and pure air will refresh your soul. you are going live your life.

However there some downsides need to be considered. The weather can be unpredictable and please keep your self ready for heavy rains and chilli nights. Also, camp tent won’t be comfortable as a hotel room. Safety issue is another important problem. I appreciate if you could keep an eye on your surroundings. especially wild animals like elephants, lions and even snakes,
