I hereby write to you to show my appreciation about the excellent reception I was given when I came by your hotel, last week. I had a lot of memories and would want to applaud your service.
I want to specially thank the manager and his staff members for the luxury services, ranging from the meals to the respectful staffs that welcomed me warmly.
For instance, the staffs made sure my breakfast, lunch and dinner arrived at the right time, and were carefully prepared to global standard. Upon my arrival, the receptionist welcomed me warmly, beckoning two other member of staff to help with my luggage while I check-in. The process was fast, my room key was handed over to me and I was ushered in to my room like a King.
This treatmeant pushed me to do a personal publicity for your hotel, after I departed last week. I have drafted a review of your hotel and sent it to a well-known website. I hope to see that this action will attract tourists to your hotel.
