Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well.

I am writing this letter regarding a wonderful experience I had while staying at your hotel.

I stayed at your hotel last weekend for work purposes. When I arrived at your hotel and checked in, I was treated so well and was asked if the room was up to my expectations, which it was. Then, I was offered breakfast next morning that was unexpected because it was not included in the reservation I had made. Later on, when I was about to check out, I found out that the reason why they offered me the breakast was because they had discovered I was travelling from far and had spent a lot of money on transportation. I am extremely impressed by the thoughtfulness of the hotel staff.

I am highly grateful for such a good experience and have given you five stars on every website I could find your hotel on. Keep up the good work.

I look forward to staying at your hotel one more time.
