The illustration depicts the format for a planned new town.

Overall, the town is mainly residential, because most area will be assigned for housing, on the other hand, industrial zones are only designated on the outskirts of the town. Also, amenities are present near the main road leading to the center..

In the matter of housing and industrial areas, accommodation zones are the majority, with six homes inside the ring road. As for the outer layer, houses will occupy almost every spaces available. In contrast, there are only two zones for business. The southeastern part of the town will be dedicated for industry, and a small part of northwestern will be industrialized.

As for public services, the ring road surround the town with four intersections to the center, where 2 bus stops and 2 parking zones are in the vicinity of each other, and 7 other roads will be built on the rear of the town. Recreational places are planned to mainly situated next to the south road.

In conclusion, the new town are predominantly suburban only having two business areas and a couple of amenities.
