Overall, it can be seen that the town will be more residential with housing and there will be a better network between different roads and industries, parking, bus stand, recreational areas will also be constructed in the new town.

To begin with, two industries will be constructed in the northwest and southeast corners of a town, and one road will be constructed form south to north that will corss the ring road, connected with three roads that are running in the three corners of the town northeast, northweast and southeast. Furthermore, there will be six houses, two parking areas, two bus stand and four recreational areas within the ring road, In addition there will be four house in the east of town along with ring road, and two house and one recreational area in the south of the town along with a road next to industry, and there will be four house in the northeast corner of the town.
