While I was reaching for my notebook, I accidentally knocked over my cup of coffee, and it spilled onto your important documents on the table. Unfortunately, the papers became wet and the ink ran, making them unreadable. I understand how important these documents were for your work, and I feel extremely sorry for causing this problem.
I feel very bad about this situation because I know it may have caused delays and extra stress for you. It was careless of me, and I take full responsibility for what happened.
