Dear Sir Manager,
I am really sorry to writing to let you know that I will need to cancelled the service today.
Unfortunately one of my best friend have a hart attack and I will need to go to the hospital located in another city to help his family because I am the emergency contact, and the doctor needs some extra informations.
I would like you to apologies with your staff because I can imagine how dificult was to them to get ready for today, and now I am just cancellating at the very last minute.
I also would like to pay for all service, including some extra expensives as a minimum apology. Please send me back all your bank details and then when I come back to my house I will send the payment directly or if you prefer I will be happy to go in person to make the payment.
