My apologizes, I spelled my coffee on your laptop but it happened accidentally. I was sitting on my seat, drinking and suddenly some man began to argue with me. He wanted to take my seat but I was not going to give this. We were arguing about twenty minutes. After twenty minutes he wanted to go off from the train and I thought it is the end. Immediately, he looked around and pushed me. I could not see your laptop and spelled my coffee on its. I think It is not my fault but when I spelled coffee he run away. From my point of view your laptop is broken exactly. I will give you my number or email and we can arrange for compensation. For example: I can buy new laptop for you or I will pay for remote service. If he didn’t push me I would not ruin your device.
