Dear Glory,
How are you doing? Hope your day wasn’t too stressful as well? I want to say a very big thanks to you for being one of the cool headed roommate I ever met since my stay on this campus. I have never witness you fight nor get upset with anyone since we started living together. But I am sorry to write this letter to you because I don’t know how you’re going to feel about me right now.
Firstly, I am deeply apologizing to you because, out of hurry to get something in my stomach. I spilled coffee on the presentation documents you kept on the table. The documents are soaked in coffee and sticked together that I had to spread them apart on the bed for drying under the ceiling fan to dry them.
Secondly, I was part of the people helping you to gather informations on the presentation topic and I saw your effort in making sure those documents were ready to be presented. Seeing all these you undergone. Made me feel so bad after the spillage.
In conclusion, I already made an arrangement on how to get you another documents for the presentation by sending the off format with me to the computer attendant at the first gate in North A.
Thanks, for your understanding.
Yours faithfully,
Catherine
