Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter regarding my interest in purchasing a house in Ankara, Turkey. I am Iram Khan, a scientific researcher and I am moving to Turkey for my upcoming research projects based there. My family consists of 5 members, including myself, my parents, my elder sister and her son.

I expect the house to be a two-storeyed bungalow with at least four bedrooms, two living rooms, one one each floor, along with ensuite bathrooms in each room. Moreover, I would prefer a place with a backyard as my parents are fond of gardening. I expect the place to be fully furnished, especially the kitchen, as I won’t have enough time due to my hectic schedule. Lastly, the construction should be no older than 3 years and must meet all the legal criteria set by the law.

Since I am shifting due to a job transfer, I am specifically searching for a home that would be close to my workplace, the “NAPTA” facility located at the industrial park near Oak Street. Ideally, I am looking for a house within a 5-10 minute walking distance of the research centre.
