Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to enquire about purchasing a house in Ontario, Canada. I got your contact from a friend, who recommended you for your professionalism and a wider pool of houses for sale. Since I got a job offer from a company based in Canada, planning to move there within a few months. We are a family of 3, my wife and daughter. We would be very pleased if you could help us find a new home.

My office is located in Wilton Tech park, which is situated within the city limits. I would prefer to find an apartment in proximity to the company. However, I am aware of the high costs around the city center, so it would be alright if I could get it in the suburban area.

It would be greatly appreciated to receive a response at the earliest with the available options.
