Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Mohamed Anwar, and I am writing this letter to ask if it would be possible to help me find a house located near downtown.

I have a family of three members: my wife, my daughter, and I. Fortunately, I recently got a promotion, and I am moving to the main branch of my company in Canada.

As we are a small family, we would like to have a house with three bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room. Moreover, I prefer houses with a yard that does not share a boundary with neighbors.

Lastly, we are looking for an accommodation located near the city center for an easier commute. This will be convenient not only for me, as I will not be late for work, but also for my wife to buy groceries and my daughter to walk to school.
