Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing amazing. Fortunately, I am deciding to reserve your hotel with my family arriving on the 21st of July at 10 AM and checkout on the 25th of July at 6 PM. I am writing to inquire about services offered at your inn near the sea and to request for some arrangements for our stay.

I am expecting two large double-sized bedrooms on the same floor with a seaside view and room service facility. for our accommodation. In addition, it’s my first time visiting your area, so I love to have some information about recreational activities like amusement parks, theatres and markets available in the vicinity for the enjoyment of my kids.

I would like to have your response with the cost of our stay at your motel. I am hoping to get an excellent review of my family for this vacation accommodation.
