Dear sir

I am writing this letter to complaint you about an apartment which I rented recently .

My name is shaxlo and arrived here in Moscow with my family a week ago before we lived in my uncle’s house than we suddenly saw your advertised on careeron.co. and we decided to rent your apartment. Yesterday we move it and surprised because this apartment did not look like the one we saw in the photo. In the photo which we saw was with furnished and heated. However when we entered home everything was empty. I think your workers mixed up my flat. The ideal solution would be bring furniture and heating or give me other flat which did not empty. I hope this matter would be resolved as soon as possible because the apartment was very cold.I look forward to receiving a prompt reply.
